Eligibility for Returns
- Herbs and Consumables: Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused herbal products. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Consumable Items: Items such as accessories or non-herbal products can be returned within 30 days if they are in their original, unused condition.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return on Shopify
1. Log in to your Shopify account and go to your order history.
2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and initiate a return request.
3. Follow the provided instructions, and use a trackable shipping method to return the item(s) to us.


Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
